Cancellation Policy

For cancellations and reschedules please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any Fees being charged to your account. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the appropriate time frame will result in a 50% charge of your entire service amount before 24 hours or 100% charge of your entire service for a cancellation the day of your appointment! We Allow a 10 Minute grace period, anything later than that please contact the Spa and/or Your Esthetician to make sure we can still service you. Please Communicate with us, so we can best serve you.
